Warranties, Returns & Exchanges

Damaged Products

Straws damaged upon receipt are eligible for replacement. Please take pictures of the outside of the package as well as the contents. Be sure to show the damages. We will file a claim with the postal service and send you a replacement.  Damages must be reported via e-mail within 10 days of receipt.

Warranties

No matter how strong borosilicate glass is, if you drop it on your tile floor it will likely break.  We don’t warrantee our straws against breaks, and our prices reflect that.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.  Custom orders are non-refundable. Within 3 business days of the receipt of the return, we will issue a refund, excluding shipping.  Return shipping is the customers’ responsibility. Email us prior to shipping for detailed return instructions, returns without email authorization will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.  Custom orders are non-exchangeable. Within 3 business days of the receipt of the exchange, we will issue a refund excluding shipping.  Return shipping is the customers’ responsibility. Email us prior to shipping for detailed exchange instructions, exchanges without email authorization will not be accepted.
